You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Site and if you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17), you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Site. Accordingly, the provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act do not apply to the Site.
